Governing all interactions with Lucient Creative.
These Terms exist to define how we work, what clients can expect, and the standards we uphold.
A project begins when:
The scope includes only what is listed in the proposal or package. Anything beyond that is considered out-of-scope and billed separately.
Our pricing is not a fixed one-size-fits-all formula — it’s a reflection of the exact work your brand needs to move with clarity and confidence.
Once a project begins, the agreed price is **locked**.
The fee will not change unless the client expands the scope or requests new work beyond what was originally planned. Any change requiring additional work will be quoted and approved separately.
After the project is delivered, additional costs only apply if the client requests ongoing maintenance, revisions, or new deliverables.
Once work has started, no refunds are offered under any circumstance. The deposit compensates for reserved time, planning, design, and execution.
There are no late fees, but work halts until payment is received. Ownership is not transferred until full payment is complete.
Each project includes three (3) revision rounds. A revision is defined as a set of changes submitted at once.
Any revisions beyond the included three are billed at the Agency’s standard rate. The Agency will inform the client before any additional cost is applied.
The Agency provides estimated delivery dates based on the approved scope.
If the client fails to provide content, materials, or feedback, timelines extend automatically.
In rare cases of critical circumstances or emergencies affecting the Agency or team members, delivery dates may be extended. The Agency will notify the client as early as possible.
Rush or priority delivery may incur additional fees.
By working with the Agency, both parties agree to a mutual non-disclosure commitment. All confidential information, internal business details, credentials, and data shared remain private.
The Agency:
This applies to logins, internal files, drafts, credentials, and sensitive documents.
The Agency can publicly show: Screenshots of the final website, non-sensitive visuals, design elements, and general layout.
The Agency may privately show real client work to other potential clients as reference.
Unless given explicit permission:
This protects the client’s privacy, brand, and competitive advantage.
Once full payment is complete, the client legally owns the final delivered product.
The Agency retains ownership of all source code, internal systems, methods, techniques, frameworks, components, structures, and proprietary tools. The client owns the final result, not the underlying code as independent assets.
If the client wants full source rights, this requires a specific paid upgrade and explicit approval.
The client must ensure they legally own or have rights to all materials provided.
Failure to respond pauses the project automatically.
The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all provided content.
The Agency is not responsible for:
If the client cancels the project: The 50% deposit is forfeited, and work stops immediately.
The Agency reserves the right to cancel the project due to abuse, violation of terms, lack of cooperation, non-payment, or illegal requests. In such cases, all completed work is retained by the Agency until full payment.
These Terms apply internationally, regardless of the client’s location.
Any dispute must be addressed through: Email communication first, a structured review of the project, written documentation, and proposed resolutions. Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before considering escalation.
By engaging with Lucient Creative, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms listed here.
